Andy
Steve here are some of the flash sites that I felt follow different interactive
maps.
greenlady.com
beck.com
animal-crossing.com
this last one animal-crossing.com I thought about intially because it is a really
interesting interactive game for the Nintendo GameCube. Essentially you are a create a charecter
in this town and do errands and live a little make believe life. What I found the
most interesting though is that the time in the the town matches real life time,
i.e., if you are playing in SF at 6pm during winter it will be 6pm in the game and
there will be snow on the ground. It is so accurate that the sun sets at the exact
same time in the game as it does in real life. It is pretty simple I guess, but
it takes the idea of "reality-based" games a step further than any other
games I hae seen before. There some little flash games on the site as well. The
plot of the game is a bit gimpy but the interactive aspects I felt were really interesting.
